Degree and Enrollment Verification
Currently Enrolled Students
Students currently enrolled may request enrollment verifications directly from the Registrar's Office or through their LORA portal. Requests can be made by email at registrar@loyno.edu, by phone at (504) 865-3237, or in person in the office. The Registrar's Office is located in 204 Thomas Hall.

Name Change
If you were enrolled at Loyola at any time from 2013 through the present, we are able to process your request for a name change with legal documentation, i.e., court order, marriage certificate, or divorce decree. You should submit this information to the Office of the Registrar (Thomas Hall 204) or email registrar@loyno.edu.
Forms
The following forms have been developed to assist students, faculty and staff with their requests. The Office of Student Records will never solicit you for your social security number. Either your CWID or social security number is required to process some of these forms.

Veterans and Active Duty Military

Once admitted, students should provide their Certificate of Eligibility to Kathy Gros, our Certifying Official and University Registrar. Mrs. Gros will act as the liaison between you, the university, and Veterans Administration.

Annual FERPA Notice
Annually, Loyola University New Orleans informs students of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended. This Act, with which the institution intends to comply fully, was designated to protect the privacy of educational records. FERPA affords students certain rights with respect to their educational records.
Student Employees and FERPA
As a student employee at Loyola University New Orleans, your job may allow you access to student records or other forms of student personally identifiable information. This information includes, but is not limited to, transcripts, grades, class schedules, applications and personal information and is protected under the Family Educational Records and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA). This information may be in any format including written or electronic materials or personal conversations.

Active Military
Loyola University New Orleans wishes to provide as much assistance as possible to students who are called to active duty in the United States armed services. To this end, these guidelines shall be followed with appropriate consideration, approved by the president of the University, as required under special individual circumstances.
