Our transcripts are free of charge with standard mailing. 

Option 1: LORA account (current students or students enrolled Fall 2022 or after)

Currently enrolled students and students enrolled in Fall 2022 or after, may request their transcript through their Self-Service portal (LORA for Students via their Single Sign On account).

Option 2: Former Students

Students who last attended Loyola prior to Fall 2022, may request their transcripts using the link below.  Once your request is received and if there are no financial holds, your transcript should be mailed or emailed within 24 business hours.   Select this link Transcript Request form to make this request.

Option 3: Email, Mail or Fax

Email: You may send an email to requesting your transcript. However, we must have your signature on this email (not an electronic signature).

Please include the following:

  • Signature
  • Social security number (last 4 digits) or campus I.D. 
  • Beginning and ending dates of attendance
  • The name under which you were enrolled
  • Maiden name
  • The address where you want the transcript sent
  • Your current mailing address & phone number

You may come in-person to request your transcript to the second floor of Thomas Hall (room 204) on the Loyola University New Orleans Main Campus. If you would like to take the transcript with you, we will process your order while you wait. Photo identification is required at the time the request is made.

You may ask someone else to pick up your transcript. Please provide that person (including parents) with a letter with your signature. In this letter, please state the name of the person picking up your transcript. We will require photo identication of that person.
