Annual Reports

Annual Reports Archives

The online Annual Report system is to be used by all campus units to create and archive annual reporting documents.

For units in Academic Affairs, effective Spring 2017, the Annual Report system will serve as the official repository for the SCAP Self Study. The following outline should guide the development of the annual report / self-study document. The narrative should be written easily within twenty pages. (This does not include the director’s explanation of workload distribution and appendices.). For more information on the SCAP review process, and to check when / whether your department must complete a SCAP review, please visit the SCAP website or contact Elizabeth Wadsworth at ejwadswo@loyno.edu or extension 3950.

Units may access their prior annual reports and current year's annual report template on their Intranet site. Individual unit's Annual Report folders are linked in the google sheet available here. For assistance related to annual report processes or Intranet access:

Academic units should contact Elizabeth Wadsworth at ejwadswo@loyno.edu or extension 3950.

Non-academic units should contact Michael Clauss at mjclauss@loyno.edu or extension 2399.

The Annual Report Templates and Guidelines for each campus unit are provided below. For more detailed guidance review the Canvas Assessment course, additionally, you may refer to the following to see examples of completed assessment tables:
