Consortium Registration Procedures

Loyola University, Tulane University, Xavier University, Dillard University, and Notre Dame Seminary have a consortium agreement that allows eligible full-time undergraduate students to enroll in up to two (2) courses per fall or spring semester at any participating institution.

Note: Cross-enrolment is available only during fall and spring semesters and requires approval from the student’s Dean and Academic Advisor.

Loyola Students

Steps to Register:

  • Complete the Loyola Consortium Registration Form.
  • Obtain approval from your Advisor or Department Chair and the Associate Dean or Dean of your college.
  • Register for your course (s) with the Loyola Registrar’s Office: • Visit Thomas Hall 204
    • Email: regisrar@loyno.edu or sturec@loyno.edu
  • Look out for a Tulane Consortium Email with instructions on how to self-register for Tulane Courses.

Important Note:

  • If you withdraw from a course, you must also withdraw from the host institution (Dillard, Notre Dame, Tulane, or Xavier).
  • Any course-related fees (e.g., lab, studio, band, theater) must be paid in full before the term ends to ensure your transcript is sent to your home institution

Tulane Students

Steps to Register:

  • Complete the Tulane Consortium Registration Form.
  • Obtain the approval from your Academic Advisor.
  • Register for course (s) with Tulane.
  • You’ll receive a Loyola Consortium Confirmation Email with instructions on how to self-register for Loyola courses.

Important Note:

  • If you withdraw from a course, you must also withdraw from the host institution (Dillard, Notre Dame, Tulane, or Xavier).
  • Any course-related fees (e.g., lab, studio, band, theater) must be paid in full before the term ends to ensure your transcript is sent to your home institution

Notre Dame, Dillard, and Xavier Students

Steps to Register:

  • Complete your institution’s Consortium Registration Form.
  • Obtain the approval from your Advisor or Department Chair.
  • Register first with your home institution, then with Loyola

ROTC Students

Loyola students participating in ROTC may enroll in up to two (2) courses per fall or spring semester at Tulane University through the Consortium Agreement.
