Kurt Bindewald

Kurt Bindewald joined the Provost's Office in September 2019 as the Executive Assistant to the Provost.  He started at Loyola in the Fall of 2000 as a Resident Chaplain before joining University Ministry as Director of Christian Life Communities.  He served as Director of University Ministry from 2005 to 2017.   

With a background in art education and religious studies, Mr. Bindewald was Campus Minister and a theology teacher at Pope John Paul II High School in Slidell, Louisiana, and served as a pastoral associate at St. Frances Cabrini Church in New Orleans.
