Bio

Donna Bourgeois joined Loyola in 1990 in the Office of Human Resources.  In 1995 she joined the Office of Institutional Research as the research assistant and has since served as research associate and Director of Institutional Effectiveness.

In her current role, her primary responsibilities include the maintenance of Loyola's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - the university's critical benchmarks that are selected by stakeholders (e.g., colleges, committees, offices, departments, etc.) to assist the university in measuring progress toward strategic and organizational goals - oversight of the Common Data Set, external surveys (US News & World Report, etc.), maintaining the Faculty Database and various faculty reporting initiatives (CUPA and AAUP faculty salary surveys, etc.), and the University Fact Book (both interactive and static).
