It is the goal of The Office of Information Technology to provide a robust and reliable e-mail system for use by the Loyola community. As a result of this goals, the following account maintenance guidelines have been established:
All active faculty, staff and students WolfMail accounts are subject to the following processes:
1. Trash folders will be periodically deleted.
2. Unread e-mail in your Inbox older than 90 days may be deleted.
3. E-mail from social networking sites such as Facebook, in your Inbox, that is older than 30 days will be periodically deleted.
4. Email that has been flagged as SPAM in your Inbox that is older than 30 days will be periodically deleted.
