Policies and Guidelines - Client Services main charge to students is to assure a working connection to the Internet. Here is a list of some specific user needs or questions and some guidelines we use when providing support to our students.

|Can you provide an antivirus program?||Information Technology does recommend that students have an antivirus program. If you need one, we can recommend free AVG. Click here to download.||We cannot provide virus protection for you or support the product you currently have.|
|Can you fix my personal computer?||We can help you configure your personal computer to connect to Loyola's network.||We cannot perform hardware or software repairs on your personal computer.|
