In order for Information Technology to include your software in a lab or classroom, the following deadlines need to be met.

• Software for the summer semester needs to be given to IT for testing prior to May 1 st.
• Software for the fall semester needs to be given to IT for testing prior to July 1 st.
• Software for the spring semester needs to be given to IT for testing prior to the end of the fall semester.

If it is determined that the software will run on the computers without conflict, then a license (in writing) will need to be provided to cover all computers in the room prior to the final installation.
