Academics
Beginning in the Fall 2012 semester, the Honors curriculum will require a minimum of 24-30 hours. These hours include two honors core courses (a First Year Seminar and an Interdisciplinary Humanities Course), six to eight disciplinary seminars across the curriculum, and an independent project in the senior year. While honors students do not take introductory common curriculum courses (T level courses), students will be required to complete the rest of the university-wide common curriculum, either with Honors electives or courses from the Advanced Common Curriculum (U-Z level courses).
