The first weeks of the new academic year are a critical period for new members of the ‘Pack, especially our first-year students. To ease the transition to life and learning at Loyola, we’ve created a program for first-year students called the “Packport.” The Packport program includes social and educational events on campus, held during the first six weeks of the new Fall term.
Packport brings together a range academic and administrative campus offices in to create lectures, events, and social activities. Prizes and drawings provide incentive for students to participate, while upperclass residence hall and orientation staff serve as guides for the newest members of the ‘Pack.
